Henrik Herrmann currently serves as Executive Director at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, overseeing Drug Product and Finished Goods Technology, along with business and strategy development. Herrmann has held multiple leadership positions within the company, including Director of Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MSAT), where responsibilities encompassed process science, technology transfers, and global harmonization of manufacturing processes. Prior to joining FUJIFILM, Herrmann held several roles at Biogen, culminating as Associate Director, leading the Medical Devices and Pack area and managing complex investigations and technology transfers. Herrmann's career also includes significant experience at Novo Nordisk, managing process optimization and global project initiatives within biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Educational credentials include a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Copenhagen and a Master of Arts in History and Biology from Roskilde University, augmented by an exchange program at The University of British Columbia.
