Karina Salling

Karina Salling is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Business Finance at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since November 2024, Karina is also the Founder of Vin Mon Ami ApS, a web shop focused on accessible wines. Prior to this, Karina was the Director at the Business Partnering Institute, enhancing thought leadership in finance from February 2022 to November 2024. Karina's earlier tenure at Novo Nordisk spanned over a decade, during which responsibilities included managing R&D Quality and leading regulatory training programs. Additional roles include Economist at TDC and Finance Analyst at IBM. Karina holds a cand.merc degree in management accounting from Aarhus University and has furthered education at Oregon State University.
