Matthew Bradshaw

Matthew Bradshaw is currently the Head of Learning & Development and Lean Six Sigma at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, where Matthew is accountable for staff development, site change strategies, and continuous improvement efforts. Matthew has a background in Molecular and Cellular Biology and has held various leadership roles within the company, including Lean Six Sigma Site Leader and Lean Six Sigma Project Lead. With a Postgraduate Certificate in Process Business Management, Matthew is highly skilled in training, mentoring, and driving improvement initiatives within the organization. Prior to joining FUJIFILM, Matthew worked as a DNA Sequencing Technician at The University of Nottingham.
