Neal Falcone

Neal Falcone has extensive work experience in procurement and strategic sourcing. Neal worked at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies as the Head of North America Procurement, leading a skilled group of professionals and implementing sourcing strategies. Prior to that, they were the Global Head of Direct Sourcing at Novozymes where they managed the sourcing and procurement of raw materials worldwide. Neal also worked at Pfizer as the API Strategic Sourcing Lead, developing global strategic sourcing plans. Additionally, they worked at GE Global Research as a Chemist/Material Scientist, where they worked on projects across various GE businesses. Overall, Neal Falcone has a strong background in procurement, strategic sourcing, and project management.

Neal Falcone obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Neal furthered their education by pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, specializing in Masters Business Administration, which they completed from 2006 to 2009.
