Kiranmayee Bakshy

Kiranmayee Bakshy has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and computational biology. Kiranmayee started their career as a PhD Scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras from October 2005 to August 2010. After completing their PhD, they joined Johns Hopkins University as a Volunteer Research Assistant from June 2014 to January 2016, where they worked on identifying rare genetic variants associated with QT-interval alterations among a selected cohort. Kiranmayee utilized various bioinformatics tools and R programming for data analysis.
