Midori Yokoyama

Senior Director Business Alliance and Strategy at FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics

Midori Yokoyama has a strong background in business development and strategic alliances. Midori started their career in 2002 as a Biotechnology Venture Capital Investment Partner at SGAM. From 2009 to 2012, they worked at Takeda Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Business Development, responsible for search and evaluation. In 2012, they joined Baxter Healthcare as the Managing Director of Baxter Ventures for a year. Yokoyama then moved to ADM Diagnostics in 2014, where they served as the VP of Business Development until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine as the Director of Corporate Partnerships and Business Development. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Business Alliance and Strategy at Fujifilm Cellular Dynamics.

Midori Yokoyama holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Pacific Lutheran University. Midori also pursued further education in biology and earned a Master of Science degree from Stanford University. In addition, they obtained a Ph.D. in Neurobiology from Cornell University. Furthermore, they completed the International Baccalaureate program at Lester B. Pearson College of the Pacific. Currently, Midori is enrolled at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, pursuing an MBA degree.
