Ma Dulce Candelaria CSCP, FLMI has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ma Dulce started their career at The Philippine American Life Insurance Company in 1990 as a Methods and Procedures Analyst. Ma Dulce then assumed the role of Managing Methods and Procedures Officer from September 1994 to September 1996.

In 1996, Ma Dulce joined WeServ Systems International, Inc. as a System Analyst. Ma Dulce progressed to become a Senior Systems Analyst from April 1999 to September 2000, and later assumed the role of Managing Application Systems Consultant from October 2000 to December 2005.

Since 2005, they have been working at Fujitsu Glovia, Inc. Ma Dulce'sinitial role was as a Programmer Analyst from December 2005 to May 2012. Later, they served as a Technical Lead from June 2012 to March 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead - Manufacturing, starting from April 2015.

Throughout their career, Ma Dulce has gained valuable experience in various roles related to systems analysis, application management, and methods and procedures.

Ma Dulce Candelaria CSCP, FLMI pursued their education in Industrial Engineering. Ma Dulce started their academic journey at the University of Santo Tomas from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree. Later, in 1992 to 1993, they pursued further studies in Industrial Engineering at De La Salle University, accumulating units towards a Master of Science degree.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ma Dulce Candelaria CSCP, FLMI also obtained additional certifications. In 1995, they became a Fellow in Life Management Institute (FLMI) from LOMA. Moreover, in December 2014, they obtained the prestigious Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS.
