Alessandra Pacheco

Alessandra Pacheco, RMCP®️, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic workforce planning and consulting operations. Currently serving as the Strategic Workforce Planning Lead at Fujitsu since July 2023, Pacheco previously held the position of Director of Consulting Operations at Wipro from July 2019 to July 2023. Prior to that, a lengthy tenure at Informatica from November 2004 to July 2019 included roles such as Director of Operations, Senior Manager, and Senior Consultant. Earlier experience includes a position as a Programmer Analyst at SGI from January 2001 to November 2004. Pacheco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidade Católica do Salvador and has continued education at the University of California, Berkeley.
