Carl Rosebrugh

Carl Rosebrugh is an experienced professional in project management and operations, currently serving as the Global PM for Americas and Senior Service Delivery Manager for the Service 360 project at Fujitsu since July 2018. Previously, Carl held several roles at Fujitsu, including Operations Manager for Service Desks and FAI Offshore Operations Manager for US-based business in the Philippines. Prior to Fujitsu, Carl was VP of Operations at stag Philippines, Inc., and Program Manager at SAIC Inc., overseeing financial and operational functions for major projects. With a foundational career at the USAF as a Computer Analyst, Carl possesses extensive expertise in systems analysis, project management, and team leadership. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Resource Management from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Studies from the University of Maryland, European Division.
