Nazim Boukhouf

Nazim Boukhouf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and customer service. Currently serving as Team Leader AR and CSR Well-Being Lead at Fujitsu since April 2019, Nazim is responsible for promoting employee well-being through physical activities and events. Prior to this role, Nazim worked as an AR Senior Accountant at FUJITSU EMEIA SHARED SERVICES LIMITED, where project leadership and the promotion of LEAN culture were key responsibilities. Nazim's career began at Infosys BPO Limited as a Process Executive, overseeing customer transition processes and documentation coordination. Additionally, a tenure as a Customer Service Representative at Serco involved quality analysis and service delivery improvements. Nazim holds a Master's degree in Anglo-Saxon Cultural Studies from the University of Algiers 2, along with qualifications in International Business and ACCA certification.
