Pamela Louderback

Fulbright Reading Panelist at US-UK Fulbright Commission

Pamela Louderback is an experienced academic library manager and educator currently serving as a Professor and Library Director at Northeastern State University since October 2001. In addition to this role, Pamela has also held positions as an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor/Information Services Librarian. Active in the Fulbright Association since 2014, Pamela serves as the Fulbright Scholar Liaison for Faculty and as a Fulbright Alumni Ambassador, contributing to the engagement of a community focused on higher education. Experience as a Fulbright Reading Panelist and peer reviewer further highlights Pamela's involvement in facilitating international educational exchanges. Previous roles include adjunct instructor at Tulsa Community College and various librarian positions at the University of Tulsa, coupled with a commitment to quality assurance in online education through the Quality Matters Program. Pamela's educational background includes an EdD in Higher Education from Oklahoma State University and a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Oklahoma, as well as advanced studies at Queen's University Belfast.
