Katie Nichols

Katie Nichols is a Project Assistant at Humanity in Action as of October 2023 and a Fulbright Research Student with Fulbright Germany since September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Legislative Assistant for the Minnesota Senate from April to September 2022, and various roles in hospitality and business development, including a position as Server at J.D. Hoyt's Supper Club from January 2020 to April 2022, and Business Development and Marketing Specialist at GogyUp from June to November 2021. Leadership experience encompasses serving as Vice President of Internal Affairs for Kappa Kappa Gamma - Chi Chapter from December 2019 to December 2020. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Minnesota (2018-2021) and a High School Diploma from Cretin-Derham Hall (2013-2017).
