Jeff Balvanz

Jeff Balvanz has extensive experience in information technology and management, currently serving as Chief Information Officer for the Vendor Assistance Program since April 2011, where responsibilities include building business processes in compliance with state programs and managing IT systems. Additionally, as a Senior Consultant for Fulcra Networks, LLC since January 2004, Jeff provides technical and business guidance to small and mid-size businesses. Prior roles include Director of Information Technology at AmeriCash Loans, where Jeff established an internal IT department, and IT/Development Manager at HEI, Inc., overseeing IT professionals in a medical device manufacturing environment. Early experience includes roles as Systems Administrator at Colorado MEDtech and LAN Technician at CIVCO Medical Instruments. Jeff holds a BA in English Literature and International Studies from Northwestern University.
