Director, Reliability and Release Engineering at Fulcrum

Jim Baker has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jim currently holds the position of Director of Reliability and Release Engineering at Fulcrum since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at HCL Technologies as a Group Project Manager from 2020 to 2021. Jim Baker earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Security and Assurance from Kennesaw State University from 2002 to 2004. Jim then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Information Systems from the same university from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Jim has obtained several certifications including Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in June 2016, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner from the Project Management Institute in November 2014, and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in June 2011.
