Saurabh Shah is a seasoned customer success leader with extensive experience in driving organizational growth and enhancing customer experiences. Currently serving as Customer Success Leader at Fulcrum since October 2023, Saurabh previously held the position of VP of Customer Success at Striim, where significant improvements to CS infrastructure were achieved. Other notable roles include VP Solutions Consulting & Customer Success at Usermind, which successfully exited via acquisition to Qualtrics, and Solutions Consulting at Suplari, which was acquired by Microsoft. Saurabh's entrepreneurial experience includes founding Knopher, a company focused on grocery purchase data analytics, and previous leadership roles at Red e App, Synthesio, and Apptio, where strategic initiatives in customer success, presales, and professional services were implemented. Saurabh holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
