Bassel Iskandarani

Bassel Iskandarani, Ph.D. has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Bassel is currently the Head of Drug Product Development at Fulcrum Therapeutics since March 2022. Previously, they held the position of Senior Director, Manufacturing & Technical Operations at Johnson & Johnson from January 2013 to February 2022. Before that, they served as Director, Global Technical Operations at MSD International GmbH from November 2009 to January 2013. Bassel also worked as the Director at Schering-Plough Ltd Singapore Branch from 2007 to 2009 and as the Director at Schering-Plough Corp. (Puerto Rico) from July 2001 to February 2007. Bassel began their career as a Manager at Merck in March 1991 and held the position until June 2001.
