Shaleen Srivastava

Shaleen Srivastava has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They began their career as an MIS Executive at Nokia Siemens Networks in 2010. They then worked as an Associate Manager-Talent Acquisition at SKOPE Business Ventures Pvt. Limited from 2011 to 2014. Following this, they joined IP Integrated Services Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager-HR, where they were responsible for various HR tasks such as performance and compensation management, employee engagement, talent acquisition, manpower planning, and budgeting. In 2018, Shaleen became a Talent Acquisition Manager at Rubicon Skill Development. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fulcrum Digital Inc and starting from January 2023, they will transition into the role of Talent Acquisition Lead.

Shaleen Srivastava completed an MBA/PGDBM with a focus in H.R from the International Institution Of Management from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A in Arts from M.M.V Inter College from 2006 to 2009. Before their undergraduate studies, they completed their 12th grade in Science from Vivekanand Inter College from 2004 to 2006. Shaleen'ssecondary education was done at Subhas Girls Inter College, where they obtained their 10th grade degree in Science in 2004. In addition to their formal education, Shaleen Srivastava also received a certification in "Building your writing muscle" from MyCaptain in January 2024.
