Laura De la Rosa has a diverse work experience spanning various engineering roles. Laura's early work experience includes a role as a Process Engineer at Mainsteel from September 2009 to February 2012. In this position, they optimized new production processes for safety, yield, capacity, and cost-effectiveness. Laura also implemented lean manufacturing best practices, designed and implemented new fixtures to improve efficiency, and eliminated two processes while increasing production output by 5%.

Laura De la Rosa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aguascalientes from 2003 to 2008.
