Chris W.

Chris W. has an extensive work experience of over 25 years. Chris began their career in 1996 as a Logistics Manager at TDG. In 1998, they moved to L'Oréal where they held the roles of Customer Service Manager and Logistics Manager. In 2006, they joined RB as the Head of Client Services and in 2007, they moved to Yodel/Home Delivery Network as the Head of Client Management/Client Development Manager. In 2013, Chris joined Arrow XL as the Customer Experience Director, and in 2018 they joined Hermes as the Director of Customer Experience. In 2020, they moved to Softwords.co.uk as the Director and in 2021, they joined fulfilmentcrowd as the Chief Delivery Officer and Head of Delivery.

Chris W. attended The University of Salford from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a BSC Hons Geography in Human Geography.
