Kirsty Pedersen has over 20 years of experience in marketing and management. Kirsty started their career in 1998 as a Customer Service Manager at Somerfield. In 1999, they joined fulfilmentcrowd and held various roles, including Account Manager/Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, Customer Relations Manager, Software Support Manager, and Software Support Consultant. As Account Manager/Customer Success Manager, they were responsible for successfully onboarding clients onto the fulfilmentcrowd platform and providing customers with freight forwarding solutions, packaging, and delivery solutions. As Project Manager, they implemented websites and back office solutions for Gilmex International and Habitech Limited. As Customer Relations Manager, they promoted interactivity between EAL and their clients.

Kirsty Pedersen's education history includes attending Balshaw's High School from 1986-1991, followed by Cardinal Newman College from 1991-1993. Kirsty then attended the University of Central Lancashire from 1993-1995, where they obtained an HND Business Information Management. Kirsty returned to the University of Central Lancashire from 1995-1997 and obtained a BA/Bsc Hons in Marketing and Management. Additionally, they have attended a Social Media Workshop.
