At RBS, they served as an IT Analyst, providing support to investment bankers and training new team members. Subsequently, at Infinity Business Systems Ltd, they worked as an IT Support Engineer, managing clients' IT infrastructure and troubleshooting servers. At Plan-Net plc, they served as a Senior Servicedesk Analyst, offering 1st and 2nd line support to law firms in central London. Arturs then joined MBA IT Limited as a Support Engineer before transitioning to World Fuel Services as a Remote IT Operations Support.
