Dalia Chadwick

Dalia Chadwick is a skilled medical case manager with a comprehensive background in social services and healthcare. Currently employed at Full Circle Health since October 2021, Dalia focuses on maintaining patient records and facilitating access to essential resources. Previous experience includes serving as a crime victim case manager for the State of Idaho, where Dalia evaluated cases for compensation eligibility under the Crime Victims Compensation Act. Dalia has also held roles as a shift supervisor and youth specialist at the Idaho Youth Ranch, a substitute teacher for Caldwell School District, and a community-based rehabilitative support provider at Community Outreach Counseling. Additionally, Dalia managed cases for individuals living with HIV/AIDS as a Ryan White part B medical case manager.
