Tanaya Foster

Tanaya Foster, CASAC-T, currently serves as a Medical Case Manager at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, providing case management services to HIV-positive pregnant women and youth living with HIV. Previously, Tanaya worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Outreach: Building Healthy Lives, where individualized and group counseling were provided to high-risk adolescents. Additionally, as a Foster Care Case Planner at HeartShare St. Vincent's Services, Tanaya managed a caseload of foster children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Tanaya holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia State University and is pursuing a Master of Social Work at Capella University.
