Hannah Baca

Hannah Baca has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Benefits Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant at Full Circle Health since August 2020, where responsibilities include coordinating recruiting, onboarding, offboarding tasks, and supporting benefits administration. Previously, Hannah worked as an HR Coordinator at ProService Boise from July 2019 to March 2020, partnering with managers to implement HR policies and enhancing the company handbook. As an HR Generalist at the Idaho Hospital Association from September 2018 to April 2019, Hannah managed unemployment claims for approximately 25 hospitals. Early in the career, Hannah held positions at Talbots, first as a Sales Associate focusing on customer service and later as a Key Holder with administrative responsibilities. Additionally, Hannah gained experience as a Junior Volunteer at Saint Alphonsus from June 2011 to May 2015. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Boise State University and a High School Diploma from Skyview High School.
