Vanessa Reynolds-Smith

Vanessa Reynolds-Smith is an accomplished professional with significant experience in healthcare and leadership roles. Currently serving as the IDE Committee Co-Chair at Full Circle Health since July 2018, Vanessa collaborates on strategic initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion while guiding committee members in project execution. Previously held positions include Medical Staff Coordinator and Business Office Representative at Full Circle Health, where responsibilities included credentialing and patient billing management. Earlier experience includes leadership as Head Cashier at The Home Depot and coaching at Rugby Idaho, where Vanessa led a team to a state championship. Vanessa also contributed as an AVID Tutor with the Boise School District. Currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the College of Western Idaho, Vanessa's diverse background showcases a strong commitment to service and community engagement.
