Ashley Rondeau has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2008 as a student teacher at Woods and Young Elementary School, for which they were awarded Honors by the Dean of Education at Rhode Island College. From 2011 to 2012, they held a long-term substitute position for 4th grade at Wakefield Hills Elementary, creating and implementing a Writer's Workshop program for the classroom. During 2012, they worked at Trader Joe's as a Section Leader- Floral, honing their organizational and sales skills. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Substitute Teacher at West Warwick Public Schools. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Kaymbu as Director of Educational Partnerships-Social Media Marketer, producing, editing, analyzing, and distributing Social Media content across multiple digital and print platforms, and creating blog posts to boost member acquisition. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Jobcase, Inc. as Content Manager, using creative story-telling and ideation to develop strategic content, and at Massachusetts Teachers Association as Social Media Marketing Manager, responsible for curation and development of relevant content for social media posts. Currently, they are employed at Full Cortex as Content Manager.
Ashley Rondeau has a diverse educational background. Ashley obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Rhode Island College between 2006 and 2008. Ashley also obtained a Bachelors in Secondary Education in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Rhode Island College between 2000 and 2004. Additionally, they attended Ponaganset High School between 1996 and 2000. Ashley also has three certifications, including Content Marketing from HubSpot Academy in 2022, Masters of Arts in Teaching/Elementary Education from Rhode Island Department of Education, and Secondary Education/English Language Arts from Rhode Island Department of Education.
