Kathleen Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Kathleen has held various finance and audit roles in prestigious organizations. Starting their career in 1977 at PwC as an Audit staff/Senior, Kathleen then moved on to Caesars Atlantic City as the Asst Controller Finance/Internal Audit Manager. In 1986, they joined Atlantic City Showboat, Inc. as the Asst. Financial Controller and later became the Financial Controller. Kathleen continued their finance roles at Atlantic City Showboat, Inc. until 1998. In 1999, they joined the Atlantic City Convention and Visitors Authority as VP Finance. In 2003, Kathleen became the Vice President Finance at the Atlantic City Coin & Slot Service Co. Later, in 2008, they joined Global Connect as a Business Development professional. Their career took an upward trajectory when they joined Full House Resorts, Inc as the Director and Audit Committee Chairperson in 2007. Currently, Kathleen serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority, where they previously held the position of Controller. Throughout their career, Kathleen has demonstrated a strong financial and audit expertise across different industries.

Kathleen Marshall attended Edgewood Regional High School where they completed their secondary education in 1973. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Rutgers University - Camden, where they studied from 1973 to 1977.
