Samantha Karp

Samantha Karp has a diverse range of work experience. Samantha most recently worked at Full Measure Education Inc. as the Director of Product, starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they were a Product Manager - Student Experiences at the same company from January 2020 to November 2021. Samantha also served as the Director of Customer Success from March 2019 to January 2020 and as a Customer Success Manager from September 2018 to March 2019 at Full Measure Education Inc. Before joining Full Measure, they worked as an Assistant Director of College Counseling at St. John's College High School from August 2017 to August 2018. Samantha also has experience with college advising, having worked as a College Adviser at T.C. Williams High School as part of the College Advising Corps from July 2015 to June 2017. Samantha founded a middle school college readiness program for Alexandria City Schools, impacting 3000 students, and advised over 550 high school students on postsecondary plans, essay writing, and financial aid. Samantha has also held various internships, including positions at the Maxine Platzer Lynn Women's Center at the University of Virginia, the Emily Couric Cancer Center, the Early Development Laboratory at the University of Virginia, and Kids in Crisis.

Samantha Karp's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction in Psychology and Women, Gender, and Sexuality from the University of Virginia, obtained between 2011 and 2015. In 2017, they also earned a Certificate in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the McIntire Business Institute at the University of Virginia. Most recently, Samantha completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2023 to 2026.
