Gael Perlet

Gael Perlet has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Currently, they hold the position of D&T Director Laboratory Solutions at Full Spectrum Lab Services from CBRE, which they started in May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Global Director Laboratory Services (Charles River Account) at the same company from May 2021. In this role, Gael was responsible for global account leadership and P&L responsibilities, delivering significant cost savings, leading a team supporting a large CRO organization, and developing innovative scientific solutions.

Before joining Full Spectrum Lab Services from CBRE, Gael worked at PerkinElmer, Inc. from 2018 to 2021. They held the roles of Global Program Manager and Senior Program Manager. In these positions, Gael focused on strategic product and solution development, managed customer initiatives, and oversaw the adoption and deployment of data analytics and scientific service products.

From 2015 to 2018, Gael worked as the EMEA RSD Services Product Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Prior to this, they held various roles at PerkinElmer, Inc. starting from 2007. These roles include European Territory Field Operation Specialist, Global Trainer for HPLC, GC, and MS, and Site Leader.

Gael's earlier work experience includes serving as a Team Leader in the Organic Analyses Section at I2 Analytical from 2004 to 2006, and as a Pesticide Analyst at Leatherhead Food Research from 2003 to 2004.

Gael Perlet holds an MSc degree in Environmental Sciences from Nottingham Trent University, which was obtained from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, Gael completed a BSc degree in Applied Biology from the same university, spanning from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, Gael has received certifications such as a Level 6 Award in Management from ILM, a Prince2 Registered Practitioner certification from APMG, an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT service management from BCS, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from PerkinElmer, Inc.
