David Hoover

David Hoover is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, primarily within Fullbay where David co-founded the company and currently serves as Head of Special Projects, having previously held the titles of Chief Product and Technology Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Prior roles include Director of Software Operations at Survey Sampling International and Director of Development at Opinionology. David’s career began as an Internet Consultant at HashMedia, where an emphasis was placed on guiding clients in leveraging the Internet for operational efficiency. David also served as Director of Development at Internet Development, Inc., managing teams and overseeing client projects. David holds an EMBA from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Virginia Tech.
