Ryan Tholen

Ryan Tholen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Ryan began their career as a Consulting Analyst at Accenture in 1997 and gradually progressed to roles such as Technology Consultant, Consulting Manager, and Senior Manager, where they gained expertise in aligning systems and information management strategies with business goals.

In 2013, Ryan joined OneAmerica Financial Partners Inc. as the VP Systems - IT Modernization. During their tenure, they established a multiyear roadmap for modernizing the IT division and led functions related to enterprise architecture, solution architecture, innovation, and IT strategy.

After leaving OneAmerica, Ryan worked at Centric Consulting as a Business Unit Lead from February 2020 to July 2021. Following that, they joined FULLBEAUTY Brands in August 2021 as the Vice President of IT Retail Systems.

Ryan also has entrepreneurial experience as the business owner of Chesterfield Self Storage LLC since March 2012.
