Michaela O'Donnell

Michaela O'Donnell serves as the Mary and Dale Andringa Executive Director Chair and Executive Director at the Max De Pree Center for Leadership, where leadership is provided for initiatives addressing faith, work, economics, and vocation. As an Assistant Professor of Marketplace Theology and Adjunct Instructor at Fuller Theological Seminary, Michaela teaches leadership and practical theology courses for masters and doctoral students. Michaela co-founded Long Winter Media, focusing on branding and video production with a social impact, and operates as a Strategic and Social Impact Consultant, advising various organizations. Michaela holds a PhD in practical theology from Fuller Seminary, with a dissertation on vocational formation, complemented by a Master of Divinity and a Bachelor of Arts from Lee University.
