Nicholas Brathwaite

Nicholas Brathwaite is the Founder and Managing Partner at Celesta Capital since 2014. Nicholas serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Finance Committee at Northwestern Mutual Insurance Company since May 2016. Additionally, Nicholas is a Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Nominating & Governance Committee at Power Integrations. Nicholas has held the position of Chairman at Atonarp's Board of Directors since August 2014 and is a Member of the Board of Trustees at Fuller Theological Seminary since January 2017. Nicholas also served on the Board of Directors of Inphi Corporation until April 2021, where Nicholas was chairman of the Nominating & Governance Committee, and held various board positions at KATERRA, Bossa Nova Robotics, and BrightSource Energy, Inc. Nicholas was a Founding General Partner at Riverwood Capital from 2008 until December 2019. Educational background includes degrees from McMaster University and the University of Waterloo.
