About the role

We're seeking a full-time permanent Customer Care Advisor to join our Customer Care team based in the historic Ferry Building in Auckland CBD (99 Quay Street). Reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor, you'll form part of a team who operate 7 days a week between the hours of 7am - 6pm.

This is a rostered role including weekends and public holidays as we operate 365 days of the year.

This role forms part of the inbound contact centre, where you'll pull from your excellent product knowledge to assist our customers through telephone, email and online interactions. This includes making bookings and amendments with both agents and directly with our customers.

You'll be equipped with a writing style guide and the support of your experienced team. 

About you

You will need to be an active listener able to pick up each customers specific need in order to adapt the offering and where possible to upsell. We want to make sure our customers get the most out of their trip and also grow our sales.

Ideally you will hold:

  • Previous call/contact centre experience

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Computer and keyboard skills

  • Problem solving ability

  • A positive, bubbly, can-do attitude

  • Ability and willingness to work shifts.
