Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Fullers360 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team.

About the role:

Based at our support office in the historic Ferry Building you will enjoy fantastic views and the support of a high performing and fun HR team.  As the Senior HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting and driving our people strategy, working closely with senior leaders and managers to provide expert HR advice and guidance. You will have the opportunity to lead key HR projects, manage employee relations, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A practicable understanding of NZ employment legislation

  • Proven ability to effectively coach employees and leaders to build their capability through complex and difficult issues

  • Experience in all levels of employee relations, supporting performance management and workplace investigations

  • High level of resilience with excellent problem-solving and decision making skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and influence across all levels of an organisation

  • Lead and support HR projects, initiatives, and programs

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

  • Drive a positive and engaging workplace culture

This is a hands on, operational generalist HR role providing advice and guidance on effective people practices and championing delivery of a wide range of HR transactional services.

About you:

  • 2+ years exp working in the HR Advisor space

  • Confident taking ownership of the HR function

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Have strong organisational skills and processes, including being an experienced user of MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. We use MS Teams and SharePoint online so proficiency with these tools is a bonus
