About the role

Are you passionate about recruitment and eager to grow in a dynamic environment?  We are looking for a dedicated Talent Coordinator to join our team and take the next step in your career journey!

Reporting to the Talent Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising, sourcing, short listing, arranging interviews, pre-employment checks, drafting job offers, and day one inductions for new starters.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Handle the entire recruitment process, from job requisition and candidate sourcing to creating job offers
  • Create a positive and engaging candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs & develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Learn how to use various talent sourcing channels and innovative techniques to identify and attract top talent
  • Manager recruitment documentation, and ensure all company recruitment processes are followed

About you:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • You’re a go getter, who is a whiz with all things administration
  • Not shy when it comes to learning new systems
  • A knack for juggling competing demands and multi-tasking in a busy environment
  • High level computer literacy, in particular Word & Excel
  • A desire for professional growth and a commitment to delivering a superior candidate experience
  • Experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus, but a passion for the role is essential
