Prakhar Ranjan

Prakhar Ranjan has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on roles within the financial industry. Prakhar currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., a role they started in January 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Vice President, HR at YES BANK from September 2018 to January 2020. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager, HR at Essel Finance Pvt. Limited from May 2017 to September 2018. Prakhar also worked at Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. - APAC as a Manager, Human Resources from April 2014 to April 2017. Prakhar began their career at Atos in 2012 as an Assistant Manager Human Resources, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as campus recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR process compliance. Prakhar has also gained experience through internships at PepsiCo in 2011 and DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd Hariyali Kissan Bazaar in 2011, where they focused on management-related projects. Prakhar began their professional career as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from October 2008 to June 2010.

Prakhar Ranjan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth University College of Engineering, Pune, from 2004 to 2008. Subsequently, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, from 2010 to 2012.
