Vijayandranath Banerjee

Vijayandranath Banerjee has extensive work experience in various roles within the financial industry. Vijayandranath began their career in 2004 at ICICI Bank, where they served as a Customer Accounts Manager and later as a Branch Level Coordinator. Vijayandranath then moved on to Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd, where they worked as a Relationship Manager. Banerjee then joined HDB Financial Services Ltd as a Branch Operations Manager.

In 2010, they began working at Srei as a Chief Manager Operations and later as a Senior Manager Operations, where they were responsible for loan origination, processing, cash management, and collection of financial charges. Vijayandranath also handled escalation cases and liaised with RBI consumer protection cell.

Banerjee transitioned to a new role as an Associate Vice President at Srei in 2017. In 2018, they joined IFFCO Kisan Finance Limited as a Vice President, responsible for operational excellence, customer experience enhancement, and IT security.

Their most recent position is Vice President of Central Operations System and Technology at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd, where they oversee the operations and technology departments.

Throughout their career, Banerjee has demonstrated expertise in operational management, regulatory compliance, IT security, and customer service.

Vijayandranath Banerjee completed their Bachelor of Commerce from Calcutta University in Kolkata from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Shri Chinai College of Commerce in Mumbai from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained their H.S.C degree in Commerce. Their early education includes studying at St. Xavier's School in Mumbai from 1987 to 1997, where they also pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
