Associate Product Manager Hybrid at Fullmind

Marilyn Setu started their work experience at Vickery Park as a Bartender/Server in July 2012. Marilyn provided excellent customer service and consistently exceeded sales goals. Marilyn was recognized as a lead server and mentored and trained new servers. Marilyn worked there until March 2014.

From September 2012 to March 2014, Marilyn also worked as a Medical Receptionist at Plantation Pet Health Center. Marilyn partnered with clients to ensure they took advantage of all available services and made recommendations based on their extensive knowledge. Marilyn managed client appointments, recommended diagnostic screenings, and maintained detailed documentation.

In May 2017, Marilyn joined Edmentum as a Customer Support Representative. Marilyn resolved customer complaints effectively and implemented a new training process, resulting in decreased case resolution times. Marilyn also managed Salesforce and customer documentation. In June 2018, they transitioned to the role of a Technical Analyst, where they worked with Institution District Tech Leads to manage SIS data with Edmentum platforms. Marilyn was also a subject expert in implementing integration partners. From July 2021 to November 2021, they were a Technical Engineer, facilitating customer implementations and serving as a subject matter expert in integration partners.

In November 2021, Marilyn joined Fullmind as a Customer Support Specialist Hybrid. Marilyn identified and resolved product concerns, escalated customer-impacted issues, and had extensive knowledge of customer-facing programs and internal CRMs. In November 2022, they moved into the role of an Associate Product Manager Hybrid. Marilyn communicated a transparent product vision using various tools and facilitated the first customer implementation of Clever.

Lastly, Marilyn had a role as a Theatre Director at The Firehouse Theatre from November 2016 to April 2019. Marilyn managed productions, organized rehearsal space and schedule, and coordinated auditions. Marilyn successfully led casts and crews, resulting in cohesive vision and successful shows.

Marilyn Setu obtained their first certification in 2018, becoming Contact Center Management Certified through BenchmarkPortal. In 2001, they began their education at KD Conservatory, where they pursued an Associate degree of Applied Arts and Performance in Visual and Performing Arts. Marilyn completed this program in 2003. Most recently, in 2022 and 2023, Marilyn attended Google Coursera, earning a UX Design Professional Certificate in UI/UX.
