Kyle Maloney has worked in a variety of roles in multiple companies since 2005. Kyle began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in 2005. In 2006, they became the Director of Short-Term Projects at New Mission Systems International. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Supervisor at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, then as a Human Resource Manager and Director of Ministry Strategy at BlueSky. In 2018, they became an Associate and Executive Pastor at Eagle Church, then in 2020 they took on the role of Customer Service Representative and Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Remodel Health. Currently, they are a Senior Account Executive at FullStack PEO.

Kyle Maloney attended the University of Cincinnati from 2001 to 2003, studying Marketing. Kyle then went on to Cincinnati Christian University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Ministry.
