Chad Dunn

Chad Dunn has a diverse range of work experience over the years. Chad started their career at Telvista Inc. in 2005, where they provided Tier I connectivity support for residential Verizon DSL. Chad then joined Partnership Broadband as a technical support representative and eventually became a Customer Service Manager. During their time there, they implemented a retention initiative and policies that reduced customer churn and collaborated with engineers to develop new services, resulting in increased revenue.
