Nick Galles

Nick Galles has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nick currently works at Fullsteam as the Director of Product Management, Technical Integration & Agility, where they lead the integration of payments technology into software systems. Previously, they worked at Achieve as the Director of Enterprise Payments, overseeing payment operations and funds settlement for multiple business lines. Before that, they served as a Senior Product Manager at Achieve, managing various business systems and delivering value to internal users and customers through different payment solutions. Prior to their time at Achieve, Nick worked at Thomson Reuters as a Product Manager, where they contributed to the enhancement of financial and trading systems. Nick also served as a Product Analyst at Thomson Reuters, acting as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to develop solutions based on business requirements. Nick's early work experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Edgewood College and an Advanced IT Support Assistant, where they provided technical support and maintained an asset database. Nick also worked as an HR Risk, Planning & Analytics Analyst at QBE Insurance, where they produced and analyzed management reporting and conducted statistical analysis for HR and financial data. Overall, Nick Galles has a strong background in product management, payments, and systems analysis across multiple industries.

Nick Galles has a comprehensive education history. In 2006, they obtained a High School Diploma in Business/Managerial Economics from Badger High School. Moving forward, they attended Edgewood College from 2010 to 2014 and received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Currently, Nick is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Organizational Leadership at Auburn University Harbert College of Business, which is expected to be completed by 2025.

In addition to their formal education, Nick Galles has obtained various certifications. Nick earned an ACH Network Certificate from WesPay in October 2020. In September 2019, they obtained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certifications from Lean Sigma Corporation. In November 2014, Nick became a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through Scrum Alliance and in the same year, they received the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credential from the same institution. Nick also holds a Professional Scrum Master certificate from Scrum.org, which they acquired in April 2012. Additionally, they have obtained non-professional certifications such as an Advanced Open Water Diver certification from PADI in 2008, and a Watercraft Operating License from Water Safety Patrol in 2006.
