Vice President, Human Resources at Fullsteam

Termeh Dehdashti has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Termeh is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Fullsteam, a position they began in June 2023.

Prior to this, Termeh worked at Cerebral as the Director of People Services from April 2022 to May 2023. In this role, they were responsible for employee culture and engagement programs, people services and systems, and new hire onboarding.

From March 2018 to April 2022, Termeh worked at Emory Healthcare. Termeh initially served as the Corporate Director of HR Technology, Operations & Workforce Strategy, where they focused on driving process improvement initiatives and aligning HR strategies with business needs. Following this, they took on the role of Manager of HR Business Intelligence and Workforce Planning. In this position, they led the enhancement, development, and implementation of HR operations and analytics infrastructure.

Termeh's career began at Triage Consulting Group, where they worked as an Associate Consultant from June 2014 to February 2016. Here, they worked with healthcare systems across the US to identify revenue loss risk and provide strategic guidance for mitigation.

Lastly, Termeh worked at Radiant Systems | NCR Corporation from August 2010 to January 2012. Termeh served as a Recruiting Coordinator, supporting the recruitment team and campus recruitment initiatives.

Throughout their career, Termeh has consistently demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, operational efficiency, and workforce planning.

Termeh Dehdashti has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology from The University of Georgia. Termeh also holds a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree in Health Management from the same university. In addition to their degrees, Termeh has completed a Graduate Certificate in Disaster Management from the Institute of Disaster Management at The University of Georgia, and they have a certification in Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
