This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States.

As a Right Hand Person, you are part-events coordinator, part-executive assistant, part-project manager. You’ll work with Fullstory c-suite executives on the Product/Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams. You are organized, analytical, and able to anticipate the needs of others before they even arise. Never one to let a job title constrain what you do, you are an adaptable problem-solver, ready to support a growing company’s evolving needs.

In a typical day, you might:

  • Support our Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Product Technology Officer, and Chief Financial Officer
  • Organize team meetings (e.g., off-sites, All Hands, virtual and in-person gatherings), welcome new hires, bring cohesion and support to a large, distributed group
  • Understand broader team needs and priorities and then pick up the ball on emerging projects (e.g., a feedback project that involves survey design, data collection, and synthesis)
  • Manage the day-to-day for the executives you support, owning their calendars, travel plans, and expenses
  • Work alongside a truly extraordinary team, taking unstructured ambiguous challenges and getting stuff done

Here's what we're looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience working in an operational or administrative roles supporting Executives, managing the calendars, travel, and expenses of multiple executives simultaneously
  • Experience supporting Executives in a remote-first or hybrid environment
  • Experience working at Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies
  • Experience planning both in-person and virtual events with 300+ attendees

The base salary for this position ranges between $70,000 - $85,000 USD. Base salary will vary based on relevant experience, job-related skills and qualifications.
