Kelsey Huffines

Kelsey Huffines is a skilled program manager with extensive experience in people operations and digital strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Fullstory since January 2022, Kelsey has successfully implemented a refreshed performance management process and developed manager training initiatives. Prior to this role, Kelsey was the Director of Digital Strategy and Sales at LeadAbroad, where the establishment of a dedicated team enhanced student engagement through digital platforms. Kelsey has also held positions such as Program Director and Student Relationship Manager at LeadAbroad, overseeing logistics and risk management for student groups abroad, and Director of Community at The Dean's List, organizing insightful discussions.
