Barth Bailey

Barth Bailey serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Fulton Bank since January 2000, overseeing the vision, strategy, and governance of the corporate information security program, ensuring the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of information assets. Previously held the position of Vice President of Information Security and Network Infrastructure, responsible for IT management. Additionally, Barth Bailey was a member and Chair of the Board of Directors at the Cyber Risk Institute from January 2022 to March 2025. Earlier career experience includes serving as a System Engineer at G.E. Capital/Inacom Information Systems from February 1987 to December 1999, focusing on Novell, IBM, and Microsoft Networking.
