Chris Klingenspor

Chris Klingenspor is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with extensive experience in information security leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Elsevier since October 2025, Chris previously held significant roles at Equifax, including Senior Vice President for both CISO Equifax International and Governance Risk & Compliance from June 2018 to October 2025. Prior experience includes Vice President of Cybersecurity Risk at Visa from April 2012 to May 2018, and various security, technology, and software development roles at IBM from January 1999 to April 2012. Chris Klingenspor holds a Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California and a Bachelor of Science from California State University-Sacramento, along with an Associate Degree from College of the Redwoods.
