Shannon Fields

Shannon Fields currently serves as Financial Center Manager II at Fulton Bank since September 2023 and is also the host of the Depression Vacation Podcast since October 2022. With previous experience at Truist, where Shannon held the roles of Central PA Regional Co-Chair of the Women@Truist BRG and Cluster Branch Leader, responsibilities included driving branch performance and small business development. Shannon’s professional background includes positions at PNC as Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Banker, where key duties involved customer relationship management and compliance oversight. Earlier roles at AMC Theatres and Marshalls Convenience Stores focused on team management, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Penn State Harrisburg and an Associate of Arts in International/Global Studies from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
