Tonya Aument

Tonya Aument is a highly experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Chief Learning & Development Officer at Fulton Bank since June 2002. In this role, Tonya leads a team dedicated to fostering a high-performing learning culture, overseeing various aspects of sales learning and professional development for employees across the enterprise. Previously, Tonya held positions such as VP of Workforce Readiness and Advancement, where responsibilities included consulting with business partners to identify development needs and managing the design and evaluation of related programs. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Training & Development from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
