Kristen Erlandson began their work experience in 2010 as an Assistant Manager at New York & Company, where they worked until 2013. Kristen then moved on to White House Black Market as an Assistant Manager for a brief period before returning to New York & Company in 2013 as an Assistant Manager once again, this time staying until 2020. In 2018, they were promoted to Co Manager, where they played a key role in opening the company's largest store and curating special in-store events. In 2021, Kristen joined d'aprile properties as a Human Resources Coordinator and later became the Human Resources Director until 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Employee Success at Fulton Grace Realty. Throughout their career, Kristen has shown strong leadership skills, experience in employee development and training, and expertise in human resources management.
Kristen Erlandson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Merchandising Management/Fashion Merchandising from the International Academy of Design and Technology-Chicago. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Excel Essential Training from LinkedIn in July 2021, and Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) from HRCI in January 2021.
